We offer a state of the art powder coating facility with the capabilities to powder coat rails, gates, and fences. Our multiple oven system provides the flexibility needed to powder coat oversize or unusual requirements.

Before any powder coating takes place, all material is sand-blasted to a smooth, bare metal finish. Next, an anti-rust inhibiting sealer is sprayed on to prevent any flash rusting. Then the material is treated with a zinc rich primer providing for the highest quality finish possible. Finally, the polyester finish coat is applied, offering 8-10 mils of protection.
